Reflecting on 2019, I feel accomplished and fulfilled. I accomplished things I never thought possible. Here is a recap on some of the things I am most proud of!  and some of the things I am working on for 2020.

 

I created florals for one of our biggest weddings yet, at a huge venue that was more then accommodating. A dream wedding with my ideal client!

 

We tripled the amount of holiday workshops this year.  I love how much you love our workshops! I do too they bring so much joy and I am excited to be launching some new workshops in 2020.  

 

I participated in the Spice Holiday Market in Barrie, Ontario for the second year in a row and created a beautiful floral installation for a super fun boho inspired photo booth! 

 

I created my own cut flower gardens and learned that I don’t get near enough sun for the flowers I would love to grow, but thats ok because I love gardening!  It is rewarding to grow your own flowers from seed and is a true test of patience but it is so fulfilling when I can cut flowers from my very own garden and share them with you! 

what will 2020 bring?

As for 2020, I plan on focusing more on my floral subscription because who doesn’t need flowers in their homes all year round?  We are booking more weddings with more installations and couldn’t be more excited and honoured for the brides who have chosen me as their florist this year!  I am currently working on launching new workshops, so stay tuned for our next blog post for more details on what we will be offering to get us all through this winter!
